Payment is 100% up front, no partial payments.

I’ll send you an invoice through Paypal, and I ask that you complete the payment within 48 hours of the request. Failure to do so within the given time frame results in the loss of your slot.

Tipping is allowed, at your own leisure.

I ONLY accept USD. No crypto or checks.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission and fully refund if I find it necessary.

If you decide to cancel your commission yourself, you will usually be refunded within 24 hours (however please note there may be a rare occasion where I might not be able to do so in that time frame, although it is highly unlikely that will happen).

If you cancel your commission once I am somewhere past the sketching phase, you will only receive a partial refund (amount depends on how far I've gotten; for example if it's right after completing the sketch you would receive only 75% back).

Please know what you want before coming to me! If you need to provide a sketch of a certain pose or a collage to help me get the right idea for a piece, I am down with that! Anything helps!

Please provide references (it’s fine if they are NSFW, I’m not particularly bothered by those), especially for your characters! I ask that you provide a reference that does not have shading in it, as I do not want to accidentally mistake shading for a marking.

If you don’t have any photos, I can do just fine with a description. Make it as detailed as you need to!

If you do not wish to provide a description (for whatever reason, like not feeling a description does it justice) and do not have any photos, feel free to draw the character as best you can. Again, anything helps!

My turnaround time ranges from 2-3 weeks, depending on the piece and where you are in the queue.

Sometimes delays can happen due to work or other things (illness/health emergencies, being out of state, etc.), although this is a rare occurrence.

If an issue/delay arises, I will notify you immediately.

Please respect that I’m a person who has a life outside my art, so I am not always available.

I would like to note that this is just a side gig and not my main source of income! I work a 5-day (8 hours a day) job, so I’m busy for a solid chunk of the week.

If I am not online, you may leave a message. I promise I’ll respond as soon as I’m able.

Please do not constantly message me, especially asking about progress. It distracts me from my work. When I get to a certain point, I’ll get back to you with progress pics.

I don’t mind you asking questions in regards to your piece, but please do not get personal and buddy buddy with me (unless we are already acquainted).

Do not try to get free art out of me, flirt/rp/etc. with me, or try to bribe me into drawing anything I refuse to draw (ie. NSFW). You will be blacklisted.

WIP’s are provided, from the initial sketch up to the finale.

If you need something changed please notify me immediately! You have every right to ask me to change something if it isn’t correct/to your liking. This is your commission.

However, if you continuously ask me to make changes, especially large ones, I will start charging you for it.

All of my pieces are watermarked/signed and will remain that way.

Please do not claim my work as your own, otherwise you will be blacklisted. Especially do not try to remove my watermark/signature.

You may use the art for personal things (like icons, banners, etc.), and you may repost it as long as I am credited and my watermark/signature is still on the piece.

Nothing made by 0CE4N-M4N (me) may be used in any blockchain-related or AI-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. If so, you will be blacklisted.

If you upload the art to Toyhouse, please credit me with my user (0CE4N-M4N).

I have the right to use my commissioned works for advertisement purposes.
